For the past 20 years, we’ve worked to build a people-first, customer-centric culture that enables our people to thrive, our clients to grow, and their end users to succeed.
Our story began with a small team and grew to a community of over 1200 tech experts and certified professionals. Since 2004, we’ve expanded our footprint nationally and internationally and developed new business partnerships for key industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, and Finance. We reached new markets by consistently diversifying our services portfolio in the DACH, BeNeLux, UK, and recently in the Nordic markets.
In 2024, we celebrated an important milestone and marked our progress with a series of events under the Accesa in Motion umbrella, a celebration meant to highlight our commitment to growing as a collaborative community, building strong partnerships with all those we engage with, and the courage to step forward, in the next 20 years.
We marked our anniversary with three memorable events, beginning with Accesa’s history, a celebration of our people, our accomplishments and progress, followed by the 3rd edition of the Accesa Tech Conference, filled with valuable tech insights, and ended with our 20’s themed anniversary party.
ACCESA’S HISTORY
We raised our glasses and cheered for the people who have kept Accesa in motion over the years, reminisced about the shared experiences, and collective memories, in a trip down memory lane spanning over two decades.
Accesa’s History was a moment of celebration of the past 20 years of success. From insightful conversations about growth, change and innovation from Dr. Andrea Marlière, our CEO, and Iulian Iuga, former CEO, to talks and memories shared by both our colleagues and our valued guest, Rainer Göttmann, CEO at metafinanz we created memories that will inspire us for the next chapter. The evening ended with an award ceremony dedicated to our people who kept Accesa in motion for the past decade as we toasted for growth, success and for the next chapter.
THE 3RD EDITION OF THE ACCESA TECH CONFERENCE
We explored AI-focused topics on three different stages, which featured our valued guests, our AI experts and software engineers alongside interactive demo corners facilitated by our innovators.

At the 3rd edition of the Accesa Tech Conference together with our guest speakers, AI experts, and our software engineers we explored topics such as how AI boosts customer experience, digital transformation in the age of AI, and various ways to apply AI and GenAI in industries such as Retail and Manufacturing. We discovered insights during panels focused on topics like tech solutions, the significant impact of GenAI from a business-to- consumer perspective, and AI as an innovative solution in the IT world. We reflected on the adaptability and the trends from 20 years ago and set the stage for the next chapter.
During the demo corners, facilitated by our tech experts, we had a hands-on overview of product innovations and in-house applications.
From how AI is transforming software engineering to optimisation in the age of AI, the audience was excited to learn more about Artificial Intelligence. We were excited to see industry leaders, tech and AI experts share valuable insights on all three stages.
