  • Strategic risk assessment: Guiding development teams on what truly needs to be tested and how.

  • Exploratory testing: Discovering unforeseen issues through intuition and creativity.

  • Quality advocacy: Ensuring the product meets not just functional specs, but also usability, performance, security, and ethical standards.

  • AI oversight & governance: Critically evaluating the outputs of AI testing tools and ensuring the AI itself is trustworthy and unbiased.
