In order for us to get to know you and support you in setting your passion free as part of our team, we want to make sure you understand and agree to the way we collect, store and use your data in accordance with our principles of full transparency and the General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016.

Overview

The following is a consent form valid between the company and yourself, whereby we inform you that we would like to collect and store your data in our internal Candidates Database, and of your rights in relation to said data, according to the provisions stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016.

Simply put, this means we want to add your information to our database and, in accordance with GDPR no. 679/2016, we’re informing you of this fact, your rights and we’re asking for your consent to store and process it in order to get in touch with you regarding future opportunities as part of our team.  

Consent

By expressing consent explicitly, you agree to allow us to store your personal data in our Candidates Database, as well as process it in order to achieve the purpose of this Agreement.  

Simply put, by clicking the “Accept” button in the contact form, you’re agreeing to allow us to store and process your data in order to provide you with future career opportunities. 

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose of collecting, processing and storing data is that you can be invited to undergo the recruitment process or take part in an interview, the conclusion of which is an individual employment contract, and to be notified of any future opportunities within the company. Data is collected, stored and processed, using the highest level of security, in accordance with the principles of legality, transparency and minimization of processed data.  

Simply put, this means that we collect, store and process the minimum amount of information we need in order for us to be able to provide you with career opportunities as part of our company and we use the highest levels of security to make sure your data stays safe.  

The processing of your personal data in relation to the stated purpose is based on your consent.

Data collected

Personal data processed by us is limited to information that can be used to identify you personally (name, address, e-mail, phone number), information you have personally disclosed to the recruiter (both verbally and in writing) or made public via professional media platforms (photo, education, professional experience, qualifications, etc.). We use this information to communicate with you, to comply with human resource requirements, for recruitment and verification of the necessary information on your qualifications /eligibility and/or professional training. Data processed and collected at this point and from this point on may be processed both manually and with the help of computer software.  

Simply put, the data we collect and process is related to who you are, how we can get in touch with you and your ualifications ( so we can check them against job requirements). Sometimes we process this information manually and other times, we use automated means.  

Data storage

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years. We have implemented effective technical and organizational measures to ensure the adequate data security of your personal data.  

Simply put, with your consent, we will store the data for a period of up to 10 years, making sure it remains secure throughout this period.  

Sharing your personal data

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and may only be shared with our affiliates and partners, for achieving the purpose stated in this Agreement. We will not share your information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing.

Simply put, when you share your personal data with us in relation to a career opportunity, we will not use that data for any other purpose.

Your rights

To request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data.  

Simply put, you can ask us to share, correct or delete the information we have about you.  

If you have provided consent for the processing of your data you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before your consent was withdrawn.  

Simply put, even though you’ve consented to the use of your data, you can change your mind any time. This, however, doesn’t mean what we had collected with your consent is unlawful.  

To lodge a complaint at the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and before the competent courts of law, if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the GDPR with regards to your personal data.  

Simply put, you have several legal options through which you can compel us to comply with GDPR, if you feel the way we’re collecting, storing or processing your data is unlawful.  

You have the right to not be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automatic data processing and your data will not be transferred to third party countries.  

Simply put, actual people work with your data, in accordance with and for the purpose stated in this document. We don’t let machines make entirely automated decisions about you and we dot not transfer your data outside the countries in which we operate.  

You have the right to restrict or object to processing and, in certain circumstances, the right to data portability.  

Simply put, you can ask us not to process your information, in part or completely, as well as to provide you with a copy of it, in certain circumstances.
