Ratiodata GmbH and the software expert Accesa IT-Group GmbH will work even closer together in the future. The joint new foundation of the "Ratiodata Accesa Romania S.R.L." (RARo) combines Ratiodata's extensive industry experience with Accesa's nearshoring presence and its expertise in modern software development for customers in the DACH region.

The joint subsidiary offers both companies long-term growth prospects. The company headquarters will be in the Romanian IT stronghold of Cluj-Napoca.

The new company offers long-term growth perspectives to the two founders, while Accesa IT-Group GmbH with its subsidiaries in Romania, Germany, Switzerland and Ratiodata GmbH will continue to operate as two separate companies. RaRo's portfolio includes IT nearshoring services such as consulting, software development & services, testing, and IT operational support & managed services. It is particularly aimed at companies from regulated industries such as banking and insurance as well as institutions from the public sector, utilities, healthcare, and welfare. The joint venture is the result of many years of successful cooperation between the two companies.
