Project

Being in partnership with multiple external providers operating on multiple time-zones, the customer felt the need of a central team with high availability, able to monitor the IT infrastructure and all the related business processes.

Challenges

Accesa provided a 24/7 Monitoring team, able to identify potential issues and threats. We assessed impact and worked closely with both Internal and 3rd party providers until the issue(s) were resolved by:
