About the project

In this role, you will interact with different stakeholders to understand the business context and support them in the digitalization process. You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and have the opportunity to contribute with solutions to improve our customer’s technological ecosystem.

Design industrial applications which are not only user centric but make processes and workflows more efficient
Develop wireframes and Proof of concepts/Prototypes to demonstrate the viability of our solutions
Collaborate with product managers to assess product requirements, translate requirements into animated interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
Do competitive research on new features or initiatives being developed by the product team
Partner with developers when appropriate to ensure that the user experience is simple, straightforward and elegant
3+ years experience in UX/UI design position
Know-how regarding wireframing & prototyping
Knowledge of UX analytics and understanding of the importance of UI to enhance the overall user experience
A passion for details for great usability and/or aesthetics
Strong autonomous judgment and problem-solving abilities
Mentor colleagues that would benefit from your knowledge
Effective communication skills for team and client interaction
Ability to adjust your strategies and ways of working in accordance with specific contexts
Advanced English/German language skills
