Job Description

Your role

  • Analyze client requirements and product specifications in order to design, estimate and propose a technical solution

  • Develop or coordinate the development of features according to best practices and the defined architecture guidelines

  • Redesign part of the current components and contribute with improvements for the customer’s tech ecosystem

  • Raise technical risks

  • Participation in pre-sales process and the creation of solution designs

  • Keeping up to date with popular trends in given technology area – research

  • Maintain and document created content in line with industry best practices

  • Deliver within estimated time, take responsibility for the task and its timeline

  • Maintain communication with client counterparts in a professional and goal-oriented manner

  • Provide training to less experienced colleagues and share knowledge regularly with the team

About the project

ServiceNow is the “platform of platforms” providing digital workflows used by leading companies worldwide to improve and automate their internal processes. We are working on several types of ServiceNow projects ranging from solution and architecture design to platform configuration. Most projects are oriented towards customization of out of the box functionalities, integration with third-party systems and developing custom scoped applications.

Your team

The ServiceNow team in Accesa consists of 15+ ServiceNow developers and consultants with various levels of experience. We focus on providing great customer experience to our clients and offer a working environment that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Our current projects are mainly for clients in the Financial Services industry for which we contribute solution design, development, business analysis and platform support expertise, in order to deliver business critical functionality in ServiceNow.

Mandatory skills:

  • Proven ServiceNow platform wide expertise

  • Proven client facing and consulting experience

  • Ability to provide multiple solutions for problem and express recommendations for each one of them

  • Ability to determine the suitability of a solution, given a set of technical requirements

  • Experience with Database Modeling and SQL

  • Solid web services (SOAP/REST) knowledge

  • Good understanding of IT Business Processes

  • Great Communication skills

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Analytical skills with great attention to detail and a solution-oriented perspective

  • Commitment to high quality/error-free deliverables

  • Team player, with a proactive attitude

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certifications and Accreditations

  • ITIL Certifications

  • German language is a plus
