Senior Account Executive
In this role you will envision and execute new approaches and opportunities while developing partnerships with potential technology and channel partners for expanding customer base. You will work along an international sales and marketing team, distributed across our offices in Germany, Switzerland and Romania.
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive with knowledge of technology, solid business-to-business sales experience and initiative to drive revenue growth by acquiring and developing new customers for our Digital Commerce service portfolio.
About the portfolio
You will be assisting companies in addressing the challenges brought by modern commerce trends through technology. The service portfolio includes consulting, implementation of solutions for e-commerce, order management, dynamic pricing, customer insights, as well as for improved customer experience.
Acquisition of relevant New Customers within the assigned portfolio: Digital Commerce
Build a sales pipeline in close collaboration with the marketing and inside sales teams
Holistically manage entire complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value that can be extracted from modern technology
Development of value added Commerce scenarios with a focus on at least one of the trends: Customer Experience, AI, IoT.
Representation of the company at partner events, trade fairs, targeted network building and lead generation as well as in the social media environment
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement and ensure the necessary transparency towards the internal stakeholders
Participation in the strategic development of the relevant business units
Match your skills:
Strong track record of success of proactive selling software services and solutions to enterprise customers, preferably in the retail vertical
Self-starter and a drive to succeed with high personal responsibility
Relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships
Effective at optimizing internal and external networks
Excellent at leveraging C-level and LOB relationships
Native German and fluent English
Creative with ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to work well as part of an international team
