As a member of the value-stream chapter you will:
Improve continuously the value-stream framework:
promote the growth mindset
maintain the lean aspects of the process
enhance tooling – effectively reporting a dashboard rather than activity
Promote and coach on the value-stream framework
As a value-stream facilitator you will:
Identify relevant participants to the value stream ceremonies
Define scope of each ceremony
Communicate on updated agenda
Verify the ready state of incoming bricks (scope elements)
Verify in progress bricks data (real start and real end date) availability
Support and guide the brick owner in preparing the brick
Secure review and learn at the start of each ceremony
Facilitate the value stream ceremonies and mediate to foster collective intelligence
Update the relevant brick information during the ceremony
Simulate dashboard in real-time according to ceremony decisions and adjust if needed relevant brick information
Close the value stream ceremony
As a lean-agile consultant you will:
Synergize on the value-stream framework logic with customer
Adapt the lean-agile framework jointly with customer
Put in place pipeline management and value delivery practices to maximize “first things first” and “build-measure-learn” principles
Secure needed agile coaching and training for agile teams, scaled agile, and transformation stakeholders
Promote jointly and incrementally the growth mindset and the lean process and tooling
Act as the company ambassador looking to maximize win-win situations
5+ years of experience in applied lean-agile methodologies or similar experience within industry or consultancy firms
Holding at least a certificate as "Leading Safe Agilist" or "Safe Lean Portfolio management"
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (esp. in Powerpoint and Excel)
Advanced proficiency in MIRO is a differentiator
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Fluent in English
Advanced German language is a major differentiator
Training and coaching experience in agile values and practices is a major differentiator
A good understanding of digital transformation context
Outstanding communication and advanced presentation-skills
Empathetic natural attitude
Experience in multi-cultural environment
