Unified Communications Engineer
We are looking for a candidate who can provide insights, create meaningful and valuable connections, and deliver outstanding services to our clients, in the field of communication software infrastructure. As a Junior UC Engineer, you will play a key role in our System Management team’s continued growth by working with leading edge Microsoft technologies and market trends.
You will actively partake in multiple projects, collaborate and constantly learn and grow alongside other members of the team. In addition, you will contribute to the creation of white papers, participate in internal and external conferences/workshops and assist the team in their daily tasks.

Your peers will be systems and network engineers working to make conferencing platforms more capable, scalable, reliable and efficient.
About the projects
You will mainly work for an international retail client, with over 60.000 employees, supporting them with their workplace investments. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to get a holistic view in the development and debugging of the deployment tool.
Participate in the design, configuration and implementation/upgrade of Exchange/Skype for Business and other Microsoft Unified Communication solutions
Take part in customer meetings, translating business requirements to specifications
Work in close collaboration with the Senior Engineers to further develop your skills and understand the business and the customer needs
Promote System Management within the community
Match your skills:
Practical experience supporting Microsoft technologies with an emphasis on Exchange/Skype for Business troubleshooting
Basic understanding regarding the structure of a business environment
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both the business and technical communities
It would be great if you were familiar with:
Exchange Online and Skype for Business knowledge
Azure AD knowledge
