Whether you're joining our Professional or Managed Services, you’ll be joining a diverse community with projects that range from developing new functionalities for existing products, modernisation or systems migration projects, to full-cycle software development projects that impact hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.
You’ll be working with both mainstream technologies like Java, Microsoft, SAP, Angular, as well as niche ones like AI, RPA, Hybris, in either an Agile environment – following methodologies like Scrum and Kanban – or a hybrid one.
We develop cross-functional teams with roles like Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers and DevOps Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters. This team structure favours direct collaboration with our clients, taking more ownership regarding technical decisions, proposing solutions, and having an overview of the entire lifecycle of the project. We encourage our colleagues to adopt a product mindset that covers the business particularities of our clients, as well as the end user’s needs.
Our technical and consultancy skills, together with our values, represent our strong points in starting new projects, building long-lasting collaborations with our stakeholders and participating in the early stage of the project in discussions about the architecture and implementation.
Aside from being involved in operational projects, our colleagues also join Competence Areas, technical communities built around a strong technological core that aim to consistently strengthen our technical skills around a particular technology and formulate best practices that improve the quality standard of our delivery
Experience in working in a software development or IT services environment
Good understanding of the business context and of the technical context as well
Strong technical, industry and role-specific knowledge
Agile mindset combined with a proactive attitude
Effective communication skills in English, both speaking and writing
Self-organised, detail-oriented, and willing to continuously improve
Critical thinking and stakeholder management experience
A team player who takes accountability of the results delivered
Additional relevant knowledge and hands-on experience working with the following tech stack: Java, Cloud, Spring, Selenium or IT services knowledge (Azure, Identity Management, Security, Infrastructure) is highly appreciated
