Marketing Team Leader

Who are we looking for?

After an accelerated growth of the company, we are looking to consolidate the Marketing Department by adding a passionate and acknowledgeable Marketing Team Leader to inspire the team, drive and orchestrate various initiatives and having the opportunity to bring a significant contribution in building-up a key regional innovative IT service provider.

Your role:

1. Develop and implement the strategy for each main action area:

  • employer brand
  • customer facing brand
  • internal communication

2. Projects coordination:

  • plan and monitor the progress of each individual project owned by the members of the team and orchestrate the output of various projects.
  • while each member of the team is responsible for the execution of the project assigned in his / her area of expertise, the accountability lies with the marketing coordinator.

3. Initiate and conceptualize strategic programs / projects: e.g. CX (Customer Experience), Communication strategy, etc.

4. Team Management:

  • offers support and guidance to each member of the marketing team
  • ensures professional development
  • defines priorities
  • time & effort management
  • performance management

5. Ensure brand consistency and overall quality of the output (materials, communication, etc.)

6. Internal Stakeholders Management: maintain the relation with internal stakeholders to help them achieve their objectives and develop an action plan to be followed aligned with company’s strategy.

What are we looking for:

  • minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and B2B marketing
  • minim 2 years on team coordination
  • passion for marketing and branding

It would be nice if you have experience in:

  • International marketing
