Who are we looking for?

We look to expand our HR Team with a local HR Generalist in Oradea that would help us grow as a professional company on the market, sharing our values: passion, courage, proactivity, modesty, and respect.
In the recent years, our center in Oradea expanded constantly, currently being at a number of 25 IT Specialist and with confirmed growth plans for the next period of time.
Therefore, as an HR Generalist, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with a very dynamic and highly motivated team.

Your role:

The position would require involvement and ultimately coordination of various activities from the HR (recruitment, benefits administration) and Administrative (office administration, event planning, and management) areas for our team in Oradea. This would be achieved through constant collaboration and alignment with the support departments located in Cluj-Napoca. Match your skills:

  • Education: University degree, preferably in Psychology
  • Previous experience in Human Resources area would be a plus
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Very good communication skills and high adaptability
  • Good work autonomy
