Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an Application Support specialist who can help us analyze and solve problems that might occur in the E-commerce & Supply Chain process.
At the moment, our team is looking forward to taking more responsibilities.
As an Application Support specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a leading team of App Support specialists and work on projects that have an impact on business.
- Ensure that the online platform and all its supporting tools are up and running and help users and colleagues with their respective incidents.
- Ensure via proactive work that the store databases are error-free and the data is correct.
Match your skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, good client approach, willingness to learn
- Experience using ticketing systems and a good comprehension of E-commerce and Supply Chain processes
- Good German and English skills
